[TYPO3-typo3org] forge.typo3.org really fast now

Hi everybody,

I now found the issue why forge has been so damn slow:
The "sessions" directory contained many millions(!!) of files because it 
was not cleared automatically. I renamed the directory and I am deleting 
it right now, but you really feel the huge speed improvement.

PS: I'll set up a cron job so that it will delete these files 
periodically :-)
