[TYPO3-typo3org] csh_xx extensions

Hi,

i am very active in some TYPO3 forums and there are still people who try 
to translate TYPO3 with the csh_xx extension like it has been done ages ago.

Please change them to obsolete and please remove them from the list of 
reviewed extensions!
