[TYPO3-typo3org] localizing the com (and org) site

Hello Katja,

It's a bit old post, but I still give some inputs.

There are also the possibility to do as done in Russia, USA, Denmark, Netherland 
and some other places, make a national TYPO3 site. Like http://www.typo3.no.

I don't think .org should be localised (most of it), and I don't think national 
sites shouldn't be a copy of the .com part, but targeted more to each countries 
need. But as you probably see, typo3.no looks in parts like typo3.org, but 
are still different.
