[TYPO3-typo3org] Contact via TER

Hi,

a user sent me a mail which is leading to a bug in the contact form of 
an extension author.

I am a part of the problem because I don't provide a email address in 
the em_conf.php of my extensions but just the url of one of my 
addresses. This is because of some spam issues and I never have a 
problem with a too old email address.

Nevertheless the contact form doesn't check if there is a valid email 
address inside the file and so anyone will get the msg "Email sent to 
www.ringer.it" which won't really get to me.

So the solution would be:
a) Check first if therer is a valid email address and only if true show 
the form.
b) If not true, maybe show the text which has been inserted. In this 
case it would be my url.

A is imporant, B would be very nice.
