[TYPO3-typo3org] Header "What is TYPO3?" on typo3.org misleading?

Hi,

When I go to the root page of typo3.org to read the latest news items
(which are now so nicely arranged in groups! :-), my eyes look at the
first header:

"What is TYPO3?"

The answer below this header doesn't seem to match this question
accurately, because the answer doesn't tell anything about the CMS
itself (like on typo3.com):

"TYPO3.org is the main developer resource of the TYPO3 project, a free
CMS framework released under the GPL. This site provides lots of
information about creating sites, writing extensions and developing the
core of TYPO3."

I would like to suggest to change the headline from "What is TYPO3?" to
"What is TYPO3.org?" Otherwise it doesn't match context wise.

Cheers,
Henning
