Yep. There's a growing demand to establish a Czech TYPO3 community and a 
  community needs a place for discussion. Since I am strongly against 
creation of "yet another (web-based) forum", I think  that a new 
newsgroup would be the right place.

Question: Could the newsgroup "typo3.ug.cz" be created?
