is /snippets/ the pagetitle/navtitle ?
if so, you can exclude it with realurl 1.5.0 and later:
<--- snip
3 new features (incl. excluding page from path!)
---> snap

Once again, "Is root of website" could also help ;-)

Using fixedPostVars instead of postVars can also help to reduce the
number of "pathes".
