[TYPO3-typo3org] Core extension not registered

Okay, but it still shouldn't be possible to register these extensions. I 
was also able to register the following extension keys:

aboutmodules
beuser
context_help
extra_page_cm_options
func_wizards
impexp
lowlevel
taskcenter
viewpage
wizard_crpages
wizard_sortpages

(that is, I tested it but I didn't do it for real)

Someone, possibly a member of the core team, should go and register 
these extension keys.
