[TYPO3-typo3org] Bug sponsoring link does not work in BT

Hi!

Bug tracker has a link to sponsoring guidelines, which leads here: 
http://typo3.org/teams/bug-fixing/sponsoring-guidelines/

But this link does not work, it shows "was not a keyword for a 
postVarSet" error. Interstingly there is no "Bug fixing" team under 
http://typo3.org/teams/

Another question is how do I contact the person who wanted to sponsor 
the issue? Bug tracker does not give me his e-mail address. I could send 
a reminder but I prefer to send private message.
