[TYPO3-typo3org] Who is best?

Hi guys,

in preparation of the rebuilding of typo3.org I would like to find out
which open-source project has the best community portal today. Tomorrow it
will certainly be typo3.org.

A have started a matrix to compare different projects. I already made some
entries.

Please feel invited to visit some of the canditates to discover what
others offer. Then add your discoveries to the matrix, so that we will get
