[TYPO3-typo3org] typo3.org still buggy

please flush your DNS cache; I had some DNS troubles while taking one of
the typo3.org webservers out of service and back in again.
DNS and all webservers work ok again; however the URL above still returns
an empty document. Seems to be the only one though.
