[TYPO3-typo3org] Loss of dependencies and constraints in TER

Hello Elmar,

I have two ideas what can be possible. Maybe Robert has changed the
webservice for uploading: maybe the name of the dependency-attribute has
changed and so the data is falling into nirvana.

Anothing could be the fact that we had TWO dependency-settings in
emconf: the old one $EM_CONF[$_EXTKEY]['dependencies'] and the new one
$EM_CONF[$_EXTKEY]['constraints']['depends'] . Could be that robert has
skipped the old one in TER ;-)

If you live near Frankfurt and know Suzette Hattingh than have a visit
at the conference "konferenz2007" the next weekend! (search with google
for it)
