[TYPO3-typo3org] Main Navigation Initiative for typo3.org

Hello,

I made a Second Level Navigation for the Mainnavigation of Typo3.org.
A working mock up (tested in IE6/7, Mozilla, Safari) can be found here:

 From the functional view i think thats a good thing because its hard to 
get an overview of typo3.org at the moment (inmho) and this could help 
out a little bit and speeds things up.

 From the technical view its made with nested <ul><li> + CSS + for IE a 
little Jvascript Hack. (AKA known as Suckerfish Menu)

And from the design view think of it as a first (but not too bad?) draft.

If somebody decides that this should be implemented on the real system
i can certailnly help out to do this.
