[TYPO3-typo3org] Feature suggestions in TER / typo3.org/extensions

Hi,

Would it be possible to look for a README file in extensions, if no 
manual.swx is provided - and subsequently link to the README in the 
listview instead of the "no manual" message?

I am aware of the possibility read/download all files in a extension :)

For some extensions like libraries, it does not always make sense to 
provide a complete manual, imho.

A link to the Changelog file from the listview would also be a nice feature.
