[TYPO3-typo3org] How to make private repository ?

Hi Wolfgang
Yes, I have mixed some thing up, I think my misunderstanding comes from the
drawing on http://typo3.org/teams/typo3org/documents/ter-20/page/2/ which
mentions "supporting mirrors" that can rsync from repositories.typo3.org
using anonymous rsync, so i think the drawing should be updated or removed as
this possibility is not there.
