Haha, cool.
To be true, I wrote it with a little smile, as I expected some comments
about the reasons, I did NOT expect a huge thread like this one :-)

Not at all!
I know what I am speaking about, we've been hosting it for a while. Punkt.de
does not host it on 4 huge servers, and still things are disabled through
the load being available.

No, as typo3.org is mostly dynamic. And what you would like is some up to
date information in teasers, last mailinglist comments and such, that's all
dynamic, which is not possivle at the moment.
