This is all done properly on typo3.org. I just don't have the time to 
build the whole HTML/CSS surrounding for the test site (I hope we'll 
have a recent clone at some point for testing). So only the content 
inside #wrap matters atm.

I still don't understand why sometimes the ext-header disappears and 
sometimes doesn't. Try searching for something, and you'll get 
completely erratic results it seems...
