[TYPO3-typo3org] little rant about TER captcha (but not only)

Pretty funny all this really. Reminds me about the old ZX Spectrum / Atari
era computer game security. You needed the manual to play the game. Copying
the manual was mostly too much bother.

Q. Enter the 4th word on page 65 of the manual to play the game.

So for a giggle make the questions random from TYPO3 extention source code.
Only serious TYPO3 developers would get the answer...

Captcha seems to work fine, surely the answer is to make the captcha image
just a little bit easier for humans to read.
