[TYPO3-typo3org] Missing Extensions from TYPO3.org

Several extensions appear to be missing from TYPO3.org.  They are still 
available when accessing the repository from the backend, but they don't 
show up in any listings or search within the extensions section of 
TYPO3.org.  The extension keys in question are:

wec_connector
wec_discussion
wec_devo

For both wec_connector and wec_discussion, the extension manuals do show 
up in the documentation section but the manual for wec_devo is not there.
