Design in the sense that "Oh, I made a nice photoshop mockup that I
translated into HTML by pixel-accurate CSS positioning and I don't care 
that it is not even compatible with my own content, that it breaks with 
different font-sizes, that is is invalid HTML, that it is an 
embarassment for every TYPO3 consultant who tries to convince people 
that TYPO3 is the right tool for accessible websites"?

I don't see how the CD would have suffered if the layout was fluid. I 
think it is a nice design but horribly implemented.
