[TYPO3-typo3org] TYPO3.org nice but 800px?

Hi,

first of all thank you for the new design! :-)
I Like generally but there is one thing I don't understand.

TYPO.org is a developer ressource. Why has it a width of 800px?
I don't think that this is a very good idea. Almost all contents on 
typo3.org needs a bigger width to be usable.
For example the documentation section of the extension lists.
A lot of contents floating over the right border what is quite ugly.

Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate your work but I can not imagine 
how someone can decide to make the layout that small for such a page.

I'm not a designer and I can't give any helpful hints, that's only the 
thing I thought of when I saw the page.
