[TYPO3-typo3org] chat interface on typo3.org

Hi,

I guess one of the reasons why the channel #typo3 on freenode.net is not
that popular is that it is too complicated to use IRC via a client like
mirc or trillian.

Ries told me about http://www.pjirc.com/ a java-applet based
web-interface for IRC. I tested it and it works fine for freenode. Could
something like that be integrated on typo3.org?
