[TYPO3-typo3org] Request: Move trac to a t3.org subdomain

Hi Andreas,

first of all sry I didn't notice there was an official session about
using trac for typo3.org on t3dd06. was that on schedule?

Anyway I also talked with sebastian and some others about trac/mantis in
beetween a little bit.

WiKi truely is nice BUT to me a WiKi which doesn't allow *moving* of
pages is really missing an important feature. (refactoring ;) )

This is planned for trac but AFAIK not implemented yet.

IMO we shouldn't start thinking about having a split users- and
developers-wiki. If we want to use the trac wiki it should IMO
*completly* replace the current wiki.
