[TYPO3-typo3org] Extension ratings: Pros and Cons

Hi Stig,

I assume Michael was not thinking of you because you were mentioning this
possibility. I rather suppose he meant those who really do so. In case you
do so and vote the maximum points for your own extensions: Yes he meant
you! ;-)
