I'm not responsible for the layout - the whole package of  
improvements is a collaboration between a bunch of volunteers which  
Michael Scharkow and I were able to bring online in a night's  
session. We finally have found a way to coordinate and test  
contributions and will in the near future improve the overall  
workflow for typo3.org development.
