[TYPO3-typo3org] TER upload problem

Hi,

When I try to upload an extension, I get an error: "SOAP-ENV:Client: Bad 
Request". I get nothing of relevance in my error_log :(

I've tried using CVS-, beta*- and RC*-version of typo3.

Since others can upload their extension, it seems that my problem is 
local. Can you give me a hint to what might cause this problem and 
perhaps a solution.
