[Typo3-typo3org] who's responsible for what?

Hi

as I come across this question again and again and I guess that I'm not the
only one I'd like to suggest to have a page where we list the
responsibilities on typo3.org. What I mean is:

Who is in charge of ...?

* TER space limits : webmaster at typo3.org (Robert, Karsten, ...)
* adding projects to the bugtracker : ?@typo3.org (...)
* adding projects to CVS : ?@typo3.org (Andreas)
* whom to contact to get a news on news.typo3.org : ?@typo3.org (...)
* wiki
* ...

Maybe it would also be a good idea to have email addresses like
ter at typo3.org, bugtracker at typo3.org, cvs at typo3.org, news at typo3.org,
wiki at typo3.org

All these contacts centralized on one page would be really great and
apreciated!
