[Typo3-typo3org] FYI: newsimporter @association.typo3.org

Good morning colleagues,

today news.typo3.org was down for a while. After we had the timeout problem
with the newsimporter last time Rupert added a timeout check so the
frontpages on typo3.org etc. don't hang when the feeds are not reachable.

We installed that new version on typo3.org but not on association.typo3.org,
so the T3A frontpage was down this morning. I have now updated the
newsimporter at association.typo3.org as well.
