[Typo3-typo3org] Upload-Limit on TER

Hi List,

i dont know who manage the ter.typo3.com, but i want to upload
my extension wich is actual about 900kb. This are 400kb over
the limit.

I cant slow down the size yet, but i want make everyone possible to
download every actual version.

Who can Help?
