I don't get the question. To explain it a little bit:
The typo3-live in the new version can hold *every* typo3 system,
that is able to run under Linux/FreeBSD/whatever unix. We have an
exporter script that sums up a regular installation on our servers
and I can easily thow it on the TYPO3-LIVE CD. It'll run from
that very easily.
With the new version it is even more RAM optimised, so that it makes
sense to have things on it that use ram. What it *not* is (as Stucki
also things the WAMP installer ist not), it is *not* a server out
of the box. The system has root passwords set, that everyone and his mother
can guess (if he does not want to read the manual), it might not have
the latest apache patch, etc. pp.
But I can easily have any EXT on this project.

I can give you a BE login to the typo3-live, and you can install
it if you want to.
