[Typo3-typo3org] possible transition error: doc-review section of extrepmgm

I saw this error too when I uploaded tt_news 2.2.0
Exactly: the error "ERROR: Error: No files..." showed at the bottom of the
form  in section "edit" and in the "doc review" section below the doc
table.
for me trying it again the next day helped ;-)
But this was a bit strange too, because after the doc-review seemed to work
I saw still the old manual from the former tt_news version online (that
disappeared a day lated after its cache expiered)

ps: did you really set the "update TOC" checkbox in the "edit" form and
saved this form ?
