[Typo3-typo3org] Separating typo3.org and typo3.com

That is what the separate server was for, and which news.typo3.org is 
running on. The idea was to have those projects separated with virtual 
servers. As announced in january, it's available and running100% idletime at 
the moment... After moving,it'd be stable straight away.

Hi again,

one thing we could do in quite a short time is separating typo3.org and
typo3.com. I bet Jürgen offers also taking only typo3.com for now, so why 
not
invest that half day and move typo3.com to a server at punkt.de?

  @Jürgen: Would that be okay for you? How long would it take setting up the
           enviroment on your servers?

  @others: What do you think about that solution?
