[Typo3-typo3org] Mime type for SXW files

There was a thread posted on the English list today [1] about a problem 
with SXW files on typo3.org.  I think this is probably as simple as a 
missing mime type in the Apache configuration on the new server but I 
wanted to give Robert and the others here a heads up on the problem if 
you weren't already aware of it.
