[Typo3-typo3org] t3 mascot - is it the ant???

Hi folks,

I am, by the way, a bit the reason why everything took so long. 

When it was clear that we'd elaborate a vision and mission, an identity for
our project, I asked Mathias to freeze the macot contest. Now we do have a
vision and a mission [1] and we now have the chance to check if the
properties of a mascot supports our identity.

Although it gets much more off-topic now (at least for a typo3.org list),
I'd like to give you the values, attributes and themes we agreed on:

Values: sharing, inventing, enabling
Attributes: cutting-edge, powerful, versatile, fun, individual, affordable,
free, adaptive, fast
Themes: freedom, open, independence, influence, abundance, quality,
stability, completeness, usability

Now you can check your mascots against the attributes: Is it versatile?
Powerful? Adaptive? ... and so on

This hasn't been published yet to the whole community (but to all
association members), but of course it will. Just publishing the values
(like I just did) doesn't make too much sense without explaining the
branding process in general, so there are some things to prepare and to be
considered ...
