Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
TV replaces the BE layout selectors in the page properties form in TYPO3 
4.5 or higher. If the classic page module is enabled TYPO3 is obviously 
used with and without TV (perhaps multiple trees?). In this case the BE 
layout selectors should be available.

Solution:
Check for enabled classic page module and in that case add the TV 
selectors to the palette instead of replacing the BE layout selectors.
