Problem:
If a datastructure is used with TOs in multiple storage folders for a 
multi-tree setup, the TOs show up on all sites within the TCEform selection.

Solution:
Attached patch introduces storagePid-sensitive TO selection.

Additional information:
When Ron reported this behavior two days ago I underestimated how 
annoying it is to see too many TOs within that selection. Therefore I 
somehow changed my mind and I'd offer to include this one into 1.4.4 as 
well if I get at least one "+1" within the next 4 hours.
