Problem:
Using the eType preset selector within the mapping module produces wrong 
or misleading presets for the "HSC" or "int" postprocessing values.

Solution:
The attached patch fixes issues within the eType-processing and 
(re)establishes useful presets for the "HSC" and "int" fields (see 
attached defaults.png).

Additional information:
This entire switch statement is a horrible block with ton's of duplicate 
code. For later TemplaVoila versions this needs to be reviewed and 
rewritten - I hesitate to do this for a minor release - so please don't 
complain about the coding-style ~ I just adapted the existing "style" ;)

If nobody objects I'm going to commit next Friday.
