Problem:
Retrieving the datastructure is not very readable and handy.
Currently we need to verify every time how DS are handled which might 
can produce further problems in future.

Solution:
Introduce a central service layer which can be ask for a DS in different 
format like XML or array.

The Service knows also about the FE / BE context.
