[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI72: #14346: External URL with no urltype not shown up

Problem:
The special doktype handlung for external url pages doesn't provide a 
proper preview if no "urltype" is given.

Solution:
The attached patch fixes this and handles this state where the "urltype" 
is either not required or takes from a common fallback ("http://")

I'm sending this request on behalf of Benni Mack who provided the patch. 
The patch itself is a nobrainer and if nobody has any objections I'm 
going to commit this in ~72hrs.
