Problem:
Conditional comments within the header parts might show up within the 
mapping preview.

Solution:
The attached patch is no full solution but avoids useless parsing. If no 
solotags where founds the count()==1 and in case processing is needed 
there are severals parts count() > 1.

I considered this to be a nobrainer and the patch was committed to trunk 
(rev. 32849) and templavoila_1-4 (rev. 32850).
