Problem:
Sorting CEs within the list-module breaks if 
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['BE']['flexFormXMLincludeDiffBase'] is enabled.

Solution:
The attached patch avoids to take *.vDEFbase values from the XML into 
account for CE-list retrieval.

The attached patch was committed to trunk (rev. 31761) and 
templavoila_1-4 (rev. 31762).
