[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: #13831: "Browse for records" doesn't work in IE8, JavaScript Error

Hi,

FYI the attached patch was committed to trunk (rev. 31616) and 
templavoila_1-4 (rev. 31617)

The window-title used for window.open() may only contain [A-Za-z0-9_] 
therefore IE8 won't open the window.
