Problem:
Using prototype to enable drag&drop within the pagemodule isn't fully 
TYPO3 4.1 compatible.

Solution:
The attached patch fixes that issue by a) making prototype available 
again and b) using a wrapper function to make our usage of prototype 
compatible to versions 1.5.0 to 1.6+

If nobody objects I'm going commit the patch in 24hrs.
