[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13052: New Content Element Wizard didn't load

Problem:
After clicking the "Create new content" button in page-module the "new 
element wizard" won't show up in certain situations. This happens 
randomly and only in Firefox.

Solution:
The attached patch changes the JavaScript snippet which triggers the 
reload of the TYPO3ModuleMenu - that's what finally interrupts the 
rendering of the wizard itself - and just triggers all that after the 
wizard-page is loaded.
