Problem:
Due to style-changes in TYPO34.3 the elements on the new page wizard 
don't indicate anymore that they're clickable.

Solution:
Attached patch adds inline style to resolve this.

I assume this to be a nobrainer, therefore I'm going to commit it in 
24hrs if nobody objects.
