Problem:
When the blindIcon option was added in #13058 we didn't specify a way 
how to differentiate between the regular pasteAfter and the pasteSubRef 
icon.

Solution:
Attached patch invents two additonal blindIcon keywords ( added in 0013058 )

Besides the existing (blindes both)
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.blindIcons = paste

You're able to differentiate:
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.blindIcons = pasteAfter
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.blindIcons = pasteSubRef

Since this request is around for quite some time and since its very 
useful just to blind the pasteSubRef icon I'd prefer to include it in 
1.4.2 too.
