Problem:
Opening the pagemodule in TYPO3 version 4.2.x triggers JavaScript 
errors. This happens because Scriptaculous is loaded before Prototype.

Solution:
The attached patch moves the function which loads prototype. The 
processing of the output is not moved to avoid unwanted side-effects.
