[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: #14590: use pagerenderer to output / integrate the header parts into the regular TYPO3 output

Hi,

the attached patch and the necessary update of the manual have been 
committed to trunk (rev 36219).

Patch adds the option to use the pageRenderer for the headerPart 
processing in the frontend (using page.10.advancedHeaderInclusion = 1)
