[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: #14140: TemplaVoila should use sprite icons

Hi,
the attached patches have been committed to trunk (rev 36016/ 36019).

This introduces a new intermediate layer which enables to use the 4.4 
spriteIcon feature once it's available but uses the old-style icons if 
needed.
