+1 by reading. (had no time to test it yet)

Except one small line ... in class.tx_templavoila_extdeveval.php you 
left out: 
"if(is_array($GLOBALS['TBE_MODULES_EXT']['xMOD_tx_templavoila_cm1']['staticDataStructures']))"
which is imho still relevant. Everthing else looks good to me.
